These terms govern your use of Impo, a personal assistant made by IMPO ("we", "us"). By using Impo you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use Impo.
Using Impo
- Use Impo lawfully and do not use it to harm others, infringe their rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Only connect accounts and data that you are entitled to use.
- Impo is a preview product. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted.
AI output
Impo uses AI to produce answers and drafts. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review important information, and do not rely on Impo for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions. Drafts are not sent unless you send them.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send to Impo and the content it creates for you. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Connections such as Gmail, Calendar and Health are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.
Ending use
You can stop using Impo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Impo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will revise the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
